News from Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike!
According to spokesperson and fiddle player for the group, Becky Buller, the long awaited new CD "Blame It On The Bluegrass" is scheduled for release on 01/11/11. This will be the first-ever CD recorded in International Bluegrass Music Museum in Owensboro, Ky. Buller was the producer on the project.
Gabrielle Gray, the museum director said the museum board and staff are extremely excited about this recording project and already have numerous others seeking opportunities to record in the museum.
Smith said it was a remarkable experience to record in a museum filled with the spirit of all of her bluegrass heroes and idols. Meanwhile, Smith and Liberty pike would like to share their Christmas video "Send Yourself Home For Christmas"with fans.
