New Mandolin Tool Application for Windows

The Mandolin Tool is a freeware Windows application for musicians. Its goal is to help the beginning player by offering a handy selection of learning tools.

Also works for Guitars, Banjos!

The tools include chord and scale charts for guitar, banjo and mandolin, a tuner, a metronome with tab tempo and a music player which plays music files at slower speeds without altering the pitch.


Currently available for Windows XP/Vista/7.  The company says they..."have been looking into the possibilities of making a Mac version but ... don't think it will be anytime soon".  


The Mandolin Tool is now downloadable from CNET's download.com.
