Audrey Louise Teegarden castle, 69, wife of songwriter Bill Castle passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at Fleming County Hospital.
She was a CNA at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home.
Mrs. Castle was born Jan. 10, 1942, in Mason County, the daughter of the late Walden Teegarden and the late Mary Beckett Van Camp.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Castle Sr.; children, Damond Shane Castle and his wife, Cindy of Flemingsburg, Brian Castle of Mud Lick, Joanthan Casey Castle and his wife, Amy of Nashville, Tenn., Jarad Charles Castle and Tyia Osborne of Maysville, Lucinda Mae Castle of Mud Lick, Kendra Lee Yeager and her husband, Russell of Port Lavaca, Texas, Monda Erskine and her husband, Phillip Gayle of Tollesboro, Bill Castle Jr. and his wife, Jennifer of Mud Lick, Tracey Monroe Castle of Maysville, and James Wendell Castle of Aberdeen, Ohio; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, John Van Camp and his wife, Colly of Lexington, and Steve Van Camp and his wife, Tonia of Maysville; sisters, Peggy Berry and her husband, Richard of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Libby Pugh and her husband, Floyd of Maysville, Lois Hastings of South Beloit, Ill., and Debbie Bradley and her husband, Kevin of Maysville.
She was preceded in death by two sons, David Shawn Castle and Brady Nichlos Castle; and a sister, Mary Jean Miller.
Services were held Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at the Barbour and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Hillary Underwood officiating.
