Michael Cleveland is very pleased to announce he has completed the final piece of the Flamekeeper puzzle with the recent hire of Glenn Gibson on banjo. Gibson will debut with the rest of Flamekeeper on August 27th at Lodi, New York's Pickin' In The Pasture. He rounds out a fine ensemble of Flamekeeper musicians including Charlie Lawson on guitar, Ashby Frank on mandolin, and Blake Bowen on bass.Hollywood Bound!
It's true...Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper are bound for Hollywood! Don't worry, they aren't trading in their instruments for an Oscar award just yet! But they are going to be giving the paparazzi plenty of opportunity for photos when they embark on their first official west coast tour in September. The band will kick off their tour in Flagstaff, AZ and then move into the Golden State for shows in Tuolumne, Berkley, Mountain View and Hollywood. When Michael and the boys hit town, the E! News correspondents will be heard saying "George Clooney? Who's he?"
