Colorado River Bluegrass Festival Returns On the Arizona-Nevada Border

Image634819402638542598BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. - August 29, 2012- The Bullhead City, AZ Chamber of Commerce announces the10th Annual Colorado River Bluegrass Festival will be held Feb. 8th thru the 10th, 2013 at Bullhead City's Community Park.

Featured artists include Dailey & Vincent, Ronnie Reno, Lost & Found, James King and Don Rigsby & Midnight Call and more!

This down-home pickin' and singin' extravaganza on the Colorado River, created by top promoter Randy Gray, has been packing in audiences since 2001.

Teaming now with the City of Bullhead City, Randy promises this region's biggest and best bluegrass show ever! Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent, the duo of Dailey & Vincent, are the reigning 3-time International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Entertainers of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year.

They were also the first act in the history of the IBMA Awards to win both Entertainer of the Year and Emerging Artist of the Year in the same year.

Ronnie Reno heads the Reno Tradition, an act that encapsulates some of the greatest sounds and moments of traditional bluegrass music. Ronnie has won many awards and has performed with some of the greatest acts in country music.

Fans come from all over the country in cars, trucks, motorcycles and RVs. Dry camping is available and an arts and crafts fair in the lower level of the Chamber of Commerce building has been added to three-day music jubilee.

We welcome this great special event in February. Under the direction of our Mayor and City Council, we continue to find opportunities to enhance our local tourism based economy."
