New Christmas Album from Wayne Taylor and Friends

Radio folks got the word yesterday and already stations are programming various cuts from Wayne Taylor’s latest effort, a collection of some new and some old favorites for the holidays. From the angelic voice of Detour’s Missy Armstrong on “Away In A Manger” to the novelty approach on “Dueling Jingle Bells,” Wayne has put together a fine collection with some of the best in the business – but nothing was mentioned about the CD being available to the public.  We contacted Wayne about this and he sent us the following press release.
Wayne Taylor from WT and Appaloosa just completed a new Christmas CD. The title is, “Praise His Holy Name”, A Christmas Celebration with Wayne Taylor and Friends. The featured artists are: Don Rigsby - vocals, Missy Armstrong (appears courtesy Detour Bluegrass) - vocals, Emory Lester – mandolin/mandola, Christopher Sexton - violas, Pat White - fiddle, Keith Arneson - banjo, Kene Hyatt – bass and Wayne - guitar/vocals.

Wayne penned “Praise His Holy Name” in October of this year, partnered up with Mike McCool of National Media Services and was able to get the CD released before December. Praise His Holy Name is available for broadcasters on at AirPlayDirect.com/Waynetaylorandfriends , and will be available soon on Wayne’s website www.waynetaylorandappaloosa.com and CDbaby.com.
