Donna and the Poor Mountain Boys, will perform selections from her new album, All The Way To Bethlehem, Friday, Dec. 7, at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame starting at 7 a. m. Central Time.
The performance is part of WSM-AM radio’s special holiday show, “Coffee, Country, Cody & Christmas,” hosted by award-winning DJ Bill Cody. Also scheduled to perform are Kathy Mattea and David Ball.
Presented as a series of original songs written in the voices of those involved in the miracle of Christ’s birth, All The Way To Bethlehem has been proclaimed a musical “masterpiece” by Bluegrass Unlimited. This will also be the second time this year that Cody has featured Ulisse and the album on his popular morning show.
The live performances and a breakfast are available to the local public at $6.50 per person and will be broadcast on WSM-AM—the Grand Ole Opry station—from 7 to 10 a. m. For out of town folks, the show can also be heard online HERE.
