IBMA Ballots RECALLED!

IBMA Professional members are being notified that any submitted ballots in the 2nd round of voting for 2013 Awards are being recalled.

The recall is due to some errors in band listings and eligibility issues due to release dates according to IBMA Executive Director Nancy Cardwell.

The voting deadline will remain as it was before on July 31st but the new ballots won’t be available until July 12th giving members considerably less time with which to make decisions.

“We regret the inconvenience, but feel maintaining the integrity of the voting process in all categories for all candidates on the second round ballot is crucially important,” said Ms. Cardwell in her message to the members.

All IBMA voting members are instructed to look for a replacement emailed ballot from the IBMA on July 12.
