Phil Leadbetter, a Grammy Nominee and IBMA Dobro Player of the Year (2005) is going to be starting on a new solo CD the first week of October.
This will be the first new solo project for Phil since "SLIDE EFFECTS" in 2005.
Phil says, “I'm excited to be able to do this!”
