Planet Bluegrass says they have never felt more thankful. A historic 500-year flood may have torn through their community just 11 weeks ago but that devastating event brought the local music community closer together.
"On this Thanksgiving eve we've never felt so optimistic about our future, so committed to our mission of musical inspiration, and so thankful for the community of Festivarian Nation that continues to reach out with love and support," they said in their press release announcing the upcoming festival's lineup.
"We're excited to announce some of the artists who will be joining us in Lyons for the 41st Annual RockyGrass. Watch for many more lineup additions in the coming weeks."

3-day passes, single-day tickets, and camping go on sale next Thursday, December 5 at 9am MST. (Yes, they did say "single-day tickets." To give single-day Festivarians a better opportunity to purchase their tickets, single-day tickets will be available in early December, prior to 3-day passes selling-out.)
Despite the first lingering snow, work continues in Lyons, Colorado on Planet Bluegrass 2.0. Most visibly, a team of backhoes has been busy re-grading the main seating area to create clearer stage views for everyone in the new "Planet Bluegrass bowl."
