Darin and Brooke Aldridge’s rendition of the Johnny Cash hit, “Tennessee Flat Top Box”, is ranked #1 on the Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine's Singles Chart.
The accomplishment marks their first time ever scoring a #1 single and cementing 2015 as one of the most successful years in their career.
Their acclaimed album, SNAPSHOT, from which came the #1 single, reached #6 on the Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine's Album Chart for the month of December.
“Tennessee Flat Top Box” by Darin & Brooke Aldridge “is a beautiful jewel of a rendition of one of my Dad’s most-loved songs,” says Rosanne Cash. Ms. Cash should know because her version of the song was a number one Country hit and the song’s appeal is still very strong even today.
The SNAPSHOTS album pays homage to the influences that have shaped their music and includes such guest artists as Sam Bush, Ricky Skaggs, Bobby Hicks, Doyle Lawson and Steve “Big Daddy” McMurray.
