Sneak Preview of Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out New CD

NEW SINGLE COMING MARCH 17th
We are very proud to announce that Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out has begun work on their new CD for Rural Rhythm Records and the band is looking forward to an early summer release.  But for those fans and DJs who just can't wait that long, Rural Rhythm will release a single on March 17th from the new project.  The song is called "If Your Heart Should Ever Roll This Way Again" and Russell tells us it comes from a somewhat unusual place.

"This is a song that was done years ago by a Cajun artist named Jo-El Sonnier," states Russell.  "Steve's dad, Don Dilling, is always stockpiling songs for us and whenever we get ready to record, he always manages to bring us something we really like!"  Such was the case with this song.  Russell also said the arrangement came about by all five band members "sitting around the board-table and hashing it out".  We'll keep everyone posted on the exact release date for the upcoming, yet to be titled, CD.  This makes us wonder...do you think Steve will lay down his banjo in favor of a little Cajun Squeezebox?  Hmmmm.....
