"Knee Deep In Bluegrass" host Cindy Baucom is the subject of a feature story in "All About Women" (January/Feburary Issue). Ms Baucom will be enshrined into the Blue Ridge Music Hall of fame in June which is the subject of the story.
She'll be in the company of some very high-profile and influential music notables. Also being inducted into the Hall of fame will be such greats as Country Star George Hamilton IV, Dobro Master "Tut" Taylor, old-time banjo player and early proponent of the three-finger style picking, "Snuffy" Jenkins, multi-instrumentalist and folklorist David Holt, Gospel music's The Chuckwagon Gang, Pop singer "Oliver" and Dr. T.R. Bryan.
Ms. Baucom says she has been in radio for nearly 30 years getting her start as a part-time disc jockey after school at WKSK in 1983.
