A fter spending hundreds of hours in the recording studio, three-time International Bluegrass Music Association Entertainers of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year Dailey and Vincent have added the finishing touches to their soon-to-be-released album “The Gospel Side of Dailey & Vincent.”
The project will be the duo’s first-ever gospel album and their second CD with the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store exclusive music program. The new album will be available for purchase beginning Jan. 9 at all Cracker Barrel locations.
The CD is a collection of long-time favorites and new offerings, including “Living in the Kingdom of God,” written by Dailey, and “Until At Last I’m Home” penned by Vincent, Jim Britton and Brad Price.
“We love to sing all different styles of Gospel music including Bluegrass, Southern, Traditional and Contemporary, and this is what led us to name this recording exactly what it is, The Gospel Side of Dailey & Vincent,” said Dailey.
On January 5, Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent will visit WSM’s The Eddie Stubbs Showfor an exclusive world premiere of The Gospel Side of Dailey & Vincent. Fans can tune in to 650AM WSM from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a special preview of the new album and the behind-the-scenes scoop on the making of the duo’s brand new Gospel recordings.
