Prescription Bluegrass will be joining a panel of “Virtual Community” Website experts for a special workshop presentation at World of Bluegrass 2012.
World of Bluegrass is the annual world-wide bluegrass convention presented by the International Bluegrass Music Association. Bluegrass businesses, bands, associations and fans all get together for learning opportunities, networking, and to conduct business.
Prescription Bluegrass will join the panel on Wednesday’s session entitled:
“How To Use Bluegrass Today, Bluegrass Nation, Bandzoogle, The Bluegrass Legacy & Prescription Bluegrass To Get Yourself Concrete Results.”
The workshop will be moderated by the Bluegrass Legacy’s Henri Deschamps who says, “…many folks do not know how to use, benefit from, and integrate properly with these media.”
The panelists for this workshop will be:
- David Dufresne (Bandzoogle)
- Craig Havighurst (Bluegrass Nation)
- John Lawless (Bluegrass Today)
- Brian McNeal (Prescription Bluegrass)
According to instructions sent to the panelists by Deschamps, he intends for this workshop to be “Maximum HOW-TO and Minimum Infomercial.”
Participants attending this presentation should come away knowing more about how to get tangible results on the many different virtual music communities and promotional sites scattered around the Internet. They’ll specifically learn to harness Bluegrass Today, Bluegrass Nation, Bandzoogle, The Bluegrass Legacy & Prescription Bluegrass in order to get concrete results, and discover how to assure things happen with little or no money.
The Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday Sept, 26 from1:30-3:00 PM in room NCC 109 in the Nashville Convention Center.
