The 39th annual Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music (SPBGMA) Awards ceremonies over the weekend have produced a brand new list of honorees for 2013 with Dailey and Vincent taking home the most (3 awards) and Rhonda Vincent getting two including the top award, Entertainer of the Year.
