NewFolkRadio.com, the only full-time folk and bluegrass station in the Pacific Northwest, has announced a new feature called RadioTweets.
It's a brand new way to promote a new CD, an upcoming event, a newsletter, artist news, an opinion, and so on, for just $5. Think of it as Twitter for radio.
Each RadioTweet you purchase is broadcast a minimum of 24 times in 24 hours for just $5 on NewFolkRadio. That's about 20-cents per RadioTweet.

What makes this new feature so effective is you can record it yourself in MP3 format. Just email the finished MP3 to newfolkradio@gmail.com along with your receipt of purchase from 2Checkout. Or you can email just the script and our station announcer will record your RadioTweet.
According to the announcement from the station, NFR now reaches an average of 6,000 listeners per month. Here are the stats for May 2013 for example;
