Image635542370342412541The “Rockstars of Bluegrass” Dailey & Vincent offer Nashville and Middle Tennessee fans an early Christmas gift this year with the exclusive broadcast premiere of “Dailey & Vincent – ALIVE!," their public television special set to air on Nashville Public Television (Channel 8) Wednesday, December 17, at 7:00 p.m. CST.

During the broadcast, fans will have the chance to purchase the live CD, DVD and documentary as a pledge offer to Nashville Public Television, which will be the only opportunity to purchase the package before the nationwide broadcasts in March 2015.

The duo taped their first ever LIVE CD/ DVD and Public Television concert special this year at The Hylton Performing Arts Center on the Prince William Campus of George Mason University in Manassas, Virginia September 13-14.

For the performance, the beloved Bluegrass duo and their world class band debuted new songs and performed fan favorites. On select songs Dailey & Vincent were accompanied by a 50-person orchestra and 100-person chorale. This special television broadcast is a celebration of the best of America - its music, its men and women in uniform and soaring spirit.

Having won their 4th Dove Award for "Bluegrass Song of the Year," and 14th consecutive IBMA Award for "Gospel Recorded Performance of the Year” with their song "Won't It Be Wonderful There” and performed at iconic musical landmarks across the nation this past year such as The Library of Congress (May 30), the legendary Carnegie Hall (June 8) and Nashville’s historical Ryman Auditorium (July 17), the duo now concludes another successful year with their Spirit of Christmas Tour. The tour kicked off in duo member Jamie Dailey’s hometown of Gainesboro, Tenn. on November 29 with the Helping Hands Benefit Show, which raised over $23,500 towards the Dailey & Vincent Helping Hands Foundation.
