Orange Blossom Records announces the new gospel single, “Sundown” by Steve Harris, has now been released to radio stations and is available via download service.
Steve reminisced about the song saying, "Sundown’ is a Mosie Lister tune that my dad played in our home when I was a young lad. The Chuck Wagon Gang had a vinyl recording of it out at the time, and he would play it on our Sears and Roebuck floor model stereo, all-the-while belting out a heartfelt (woefully out-of-tune) accompaniment.”
Orange Blossom Records will release the album Sundown on April 20, 2015 that includes the talents of: Steve Harris-Guitar, Banjo and Vocals; Mary Paula Wilson-Vocals; Ed Wilson-Vocals; Sarah Harris (Trinity River Band)-Vocals; Malia Furtado (Circa Blue)-Vocals; Sheri Philp (Concession 23)-Vocals; Marshall Wilborn (Springfield Exit)-Bass; Emory Lester-Mandolin; Jon Glik-Fiddle; Gaven Largent (Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper)-Dobro; and Christopher Sexton (Nothin’ Fancy)-Piano.
Steve is the lead singer and guitarist with bluegrass band Circa Blue – a band he founded in 2010. His vocal and instrumental talents can be heard on Circa Blue’s self-titled debut album released in 2012 and their 2014 album, A Darker Blue.
