It is with great sadness that we have a need to report this kind of news but if by alerting you, the reader, to be on the lookout and by some chance the instruments are returned undamaged, we'll accept the temporary sorrow.
WAMU's radio personality, Katy Daly, reported this morning that a 2007 Santa Cruz Tony Rice model guitar and a 2001 McKenna spruce top resonator guitar (looks like Rob Ickes' guitar) both in black cases were stolen from the Jenny Brook Festival in Tunbridge, Vermont.
Photos of each instrument are included at the bottom of this post.
The instruments belong to Rick & Korey Brodsky. Korey was part of the 2013 Youth All-Star Band.
We've been able to post follow up stories twice before where stolen instruments have been returned and we hope this will be the 3rd in the trio. (See Related Stories Here: Click Story 1. Click Story 2.
