Some sad news for banjo enthusiasts was posted on the Banjo Camp North social pages:
"We have some very sad news. Earlier today, Mike Kropp, one of the owners of Banjo Camp North, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was in a trial that was showing promising results, but sudden complications from pneumonia ended that battle. We loved Mike, and this is a great loss to us all.
There will be some delay in getting the registration forms posted for the Camps as we redistribute Mike’s responsibilities among the rest of us who manage the Camps. We ask for your patience.

Mike Kropp was 70 years old. He passed away on November 10, 2015 while hospitalized.
