Does your festival need a unique mascot? At just under 10 feet, this fella owns the world's record* for the longest span on a Longhorn and his name just happens to be BLUEGRASS.
He'll go up for auction at the Fort Worth Stockyards Longhorn sale Sept. 30 and Oct. 1st. at the first longhorn auction in the barn in more than 20 years.
According to an aution spokesperson, the span is probably 120 inches by now and he’s not done yet. Joe Sedlacek, Bluegrass’ current owner agrees that he’ll break the 10 foot mark by aution time.
