Rare Bill Monroe Video Interview Unearthed!

Thanks to Indiana Public Television Station WTIU a brand new, never-before-seen interview with The Father of Bluegrass Bill Monroe has been made public through YouTube.com.

The station's program "The Weekly Special" aired this segment of Bill shot on location at his farm in 1986.  The segment aired last week as part of a news story on the 45th annual Bill Monroe Bean Blossom Festival in Brown County, Indiana.

The video also includes some 1986 footage of banjo picker Doug Dillard of The Dillards and Sharon White of The Whites.
