“Tomorrow night, August 6th, at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville is what the bluegrass community is truly all about,” said Donna Ulisse.
What is shaping up is a major fundraising event to help Jim Van Cleve of Mountain Heart and his family cover their medical bills from a near fatal bout of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, from mosquito bites he received while performing in St. Croix in late March.
Donna Ulisse and her band, The Poor Mountain Boys will be on hand to perform along with Del McCoury, Sam Bush, The Grascals, Daily and Vincent, Rhonda Vincent, Ronnie Bowman, Melonie Cannon, Brandon Bostic, Sierra Hull, and special guest; award winning, country music songwriter and record producer Buddy Cannon* as well as many more
The wonderful news is that even if you can't be there in person, you can watch the show online because Music City Roots has agreed to stream the event and there will be directions online about how to make a donation to help.
