Designing the exterior of the proposed International Bluegrass Music Center at Second and Frederica streets drew a lot of interest from architects Friday according to an Owensboro, KY newspaper

By the  two O’clock deadline Friday afternoon, seven architects submitted different proposals with drawings of what the building would look like.
