We’ve just gotten word that Bill Evans has finished up another new recording – this one a banjo and fiddle duet with Fletcher Bright of The Dismembered Tennesseans.
The new CD will feature 19 tracks of just fiddle and banjo. Entitled Fine Times At Fletcher’s House, it should be available for release by early March.
In other news for Bill Evans, expect to find two new Mel Bay instruction books to be published later this year. One will be a play-along book/CD set and the other a banjo solos tab/CD set using songs from the Parking Lot Picker’s Songbook: Banjo Edition.
