Dr. Ralph Stanley Signs with New Frontier Touring!

DR. RALPH STANLEY - 2015He's been called a "master performer without an expiration date" by Rolling Stone, "a cultural treasure" by the Los Angeles Times and "undeniably the most important figure in bluegrass music today" by the Chicago Tribune, and at 88 years old, the oldest living member of the Grand Ole Opry, Dr. Ralph Stanley, shows no signs of slowing down.

He recently signed an exclusive booking agreement with the booking giant, New Frontier Touring.

The Grammy award winner will work closely with New Frontier Touring President Paul Lohr to bring the unique, Stanley Mountain sound to audiences around the world.

"Dr. Ralph Stanley is an American Music icon" said Lohr. "The team at New Frontier Touring is deeply honored and excited to represent 'The Man of Constant Sorrow' Tour Featuring Dr. Ralph Stanley with Nathan Stanley & the Clinch Mountain Boys!"

Keep a close eye out, as 2016 dates will soon be announced. You never know what other special guests will come along for the ride, singing side by side with Dr. Ralph Stanley in a city near you. So far in 2015, appearances have featured everyone from Country chart-topper T. Graham Brown, to fellow Grammy winner Lee Ann Womack, who performed at Stanley's special Birthday celebration in February.
