The International Bluegrass Music Association is proud to announce the graduating class of Leadership Bluegrass 2014.

This was the 15^th year of Leadership Bluegrass, which now boasts over 350 alumni.

Leadership Bluegrass Application Deadline Approaches!

IBMA’s Leadership Bluegrass selection committee has announced the application deadline for the 2014 class is November 15, 2013.

“It's a wonderful way to meet folks from all corners of our industry. Alumni are honor bound to help each other, too, which comes in handy,” said award-winning songwriter and graduate of the 2003 Leadership class, Becky Buller 

IBMA Makes More Bluegrass Leaders!

CONGRATULATIONS 2013 LEADERSHIP BLUEGRASS GRADS!

Freelance writer and journalist Shannon Turner, a Leadership Bluegrass 2013 graduate, said she will always value being a part of the class.  “Leadership Bluegrass is an invaluable program of learning, growth, and even transformation. You leave with a renewed energy and determination to spread the gospel of bluegrass music,” Turner said.

The Bluegrass Situation’s Amy Reitnouer, who was also a participant agreed, saying, “I was awed by the fellow classmates, network of alumni, and incredible presenters.”Now in its 14^th year with more than 300 alumni, Leadership Music is an intensive three-day program of advanced level, interactive learning experiences that invites participants to examine the challenges and opportunities facing our music, along with related leadership issues.

The purpose of the Leadership Bluegrass program is to pull together a cross section of people with exhibited or potential leadership qualities into a network of learning and communication.

2012 Leadership Graduates Announced by IBMA

Nashville, Tenn....The International Bluegrass Music Association is proud to announce the graduating class of Leadership Bluegrass 2012. Leadership Bluegrass, now in its 13th year with more than 300 alumni, is an intensive, three-day program of interactive learning and networking experiences that invites participants to examine the challenges and opportunities facing our music, along with related leadership issues.

Leadership Bluegrass 2012, hosted March 8-10 at BMI and Bone McAllester Norton PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee, was facilitated by Trisha Tubbs. 

Each year the individuals selected to participate in Leadership Bluegrass represent a cross section of current and future leaders from various facets of the industry, as well as diverse regions of the country and world.

  Every year IBMA's Leadership Bluegrass program brings together a cross section of music industry professionals to take an intensive look into the future challenges and opportunities our music faces, and our next class is slated for Thursday, - Saturday, March 8-10, 2012, in Nashville, Tennessee. Those interested in participating are encouraged to apply for a limited number of openings.
