Hee Haw Star; Lulu Roman, Coming to Great American Bluegrass TV

Lulu Roman, former television star of Hee Haw, will take to the Great American Bluegrass stage along with Chosen Road, the King James Boys, and show host, Reagan Riddle and the Primitive Quartet, performing staging production for Great American Bluegrass TV in October. 

Mike Scott Hosts “BLUEGRASS RIDGE” TV Shows!

Banjo master Mike Scott recently hosted Heartland TV's hit show "Bluegrass Ridge”.

Virginia Designates SONG OF THE MOUNTAINS as "Official State Television Series"

The PBS television series, Song of the Mountains, upon signature of the Governor, will become the "State Television Series" of Virginia.

Last Thursday, the Virginia State Senate passed a bill to add the bluegrass concert TV program to Virginia's official list of emblems and designations. The measure was approved by the House of Delegates on Jan. 25.

Ratings Warrant Extension of D & V Show!

Due to its popularity and strong ratings, “The Dailey & Vincent Show,” on RFD-TV,  has been extended throughout the remainder of 2016.

Country, Bluegrass and Gospel music fans have plenty to look forward to on upcoming episodes of the national variety series, set to air in 63 million households across all 50 states.

50 Years of Dirt Helps Launch Americana Fest!

The iconic Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will help kick off Americana Fest 2015 while simultaneously celebrating the band's 50th anniversary!

Country Music Hall of Famer Vince Gill, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Famers John Prine and Rodney Crowell, legendary gypsy troubadour Jerry Jeff Walker, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jackson Browne, and master musicians Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush, and Byron House will join the Grammy-winning Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Ryman Auditorium on September 14, for a concert celebrating the Dirt Band’s fifty years of making vital American roots music and the beginning of Americana Fest 2015.

Dailey & Vincent TV Show Premiers on RFD-TV

Dailey & Vincent, have announced their first national, year-long TV series, The Dailey & Vincent Show. 

Presented by Springer Mountain Farms, the series is filmed in front of a live audience at the historical Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tenn. and is scheduled for a Fall 2015 debut on RFD-TV.

I can tell you exactly the last time I was that excited…..November 12^th, 2013 at 8 AM!
