Image634764650692037083Volume Five has a new man on the team. Jeff Partin will be joining the band as the newest member of Volume Five playing guitar, dobro, and basically anything else.

Jeff lives in Ellijay, GA and has been playing since about age Five.  He is 19 years old and has accomplished many great things already in his career as a musician.

Jeff has been the Georgia State Champion on dobro five consecutive times.  He played the Grand Ole Opry with Mike Snyder when he was only 13 years old and has played with his family band The Partins for many years in Churches and festivals.  He also has played and recorded with Tony Rice, Terry Baucom, Mountain Heart and many others to name a few.

He will be playing guitar and dobro on the band’s new recording that currently in progress for Mountain Fever Records. He endorses Schoonoger dobros and Snake bars.  According to the band’s web site,  Jeff is definitely an absolute monster on the instruments he plays as well as a great singer.
