Hard Ryde Wins Big at the Central Canadian Bluegrass Music Awards!

The 33^rd Annual CCBMA Awards were held once again at the Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario.

The Hard Ryde crew walked away with wins in all 4 nominations and also inducted Marc Roy into the Hall of fame.

Their new all original recording “Composed” won recording of the year. Seven songs were penned by their very own Daughter of Bluegrass, Melissa Sherman, originally from Wisconsin whom has resided in Ontario for the past 12 years.

Melissa won Composer of the Year also. Will Meadows won Mandolin Player of the Year and Rich Koop walked away with the Bass Player of the Year.

The event is hosted by The Northern Bluegrass Committee and once again was very well attended! The Spinney Brothers and Junior Sisk entertained along with 34 Ontario Bands.
