The Grascals to Perform at 50th Anniversary Commemorative Event to Honor Country Giants

Multi-Award Winning Bluegrass Band The Grascals will Honor Patsy Cline, Hawkshaw Hawkins, Cowboy Copas, and Randy Hughes 

Image634962776533427974Traditional country fans and bluegrass fans alike have a unique opportunity to honor the memory of some of country's biggest stars and to enjoy one of the most highly awarded bluegrass bands touring today.

The Grascals are set to make an appearance at Gone But Not Forgotten, an event honoring Patsy Cline, Hawkshaw Hawkins, Cowboy Copas, and Randy Hughes. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the tragic plane crash that took the lives of the Opry icons.

Gone But Not Forgotten is a three-day event that kicks off Thursday, February 28th, in Camden, Tennessee and runs through Saturday, March 2nd

In addition to star-studded performances each night, it will also feature a museum-quality exhibit of historical artifacts, a celebrity panel that will reminisce about the lives and careers of Cline, Hawkins, and Copas, Image634962784591228854and a candlelight vigil to honor the memory of the four souls lost that tragic day in 1963. 

"We are honored to pay tribute to stars who are such a big part of the history of American music" says founding Grascals member Jamie Johnson. "I hope all of our fans will come out and join us in Camden on the 28th."

The Grascals are at their harmonious and instrumental best. The multiple IBMA Entertainer of the Year award winners and multiple Grammy nominees have enjoyed an epic journey and with their new album, Life Finds a Way, they explore that journey with musical aplomb .
