New Festival Thanks to BP Settlement!

   Benita Murphy of the band Delta Reign sent us word of a brand new bluegrass festival in the gulf created from funds provided by the BP Oil Spill Settlement.  

The SeaGrass Music Festival™ will take place in March on Dauphin Island, a barrier Island of Mobile, Alabama, Delta Reigns home town.  Benita informs us that Dauphin Island is the place where the last battle of the civil war took place, where Admiral Farugut uttered the famous quote, "Damn the Torpedoes, full speed ahead".  The festival is to be held in the historic Ft. Gaines on the island.
